We hired out Ditch Brisket for our wedding. The food was brilliant and the staff was highly professional. Everyone's taste in food was catered for and everyone was well fed and happy. Thank you so much for being a part of our special day!
Thank you for attending our event at Barnham Barkfest yesterday, I had the pleasure of eating one of the burgers and it was amazing, I am not normally a huge burger fan but yours were absolutely amazing - full of taste and fresh! heard so many compliments all day about you!

The beef must come from some sort of magical cow. Absolutely brilliant simple burgers with great ingredients, beautiful prepared and put together. The star is the beef patty itself, just full of rich beefy flavour. I had to order a second one just because I'm a fat lump and it was so good. Didn't try the chips because the main event warranted full attention but will definitely be back.
We booked Ditch Brisket for our wedding after trying some of their food at the Missing link Brewery. James provided an amazing Menu with different options to fit in with our day. He ensured everyone was looked after, from the kids with their own special chicken baskets to all special dietary requirements. Their set up looked great and worked so well at serving out food to the 80+ guests without delay. The food was delicious, everyone was very well fed. They even provided their infamous Pickle Back shots that were a massive hit with all. James and his team were super friendly and accommodating. We are so happy we chose them for our special day.
We booked ditch brisket for my husbands 30th birthday party. Everyone absolutely loved the food it was absolutely delicious. All our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! We definitely recommend ☺️

What a wonderful find…delicious and fresh! We honestly cannot get enough of Ditch Brisket at the moment from James’s succulent pulled beef to the hash brown casserole and BBQ beans…and don’t forget the garnish! Pickles to die for! Heaven on a street food pop-up disposable plate.
